New patients are always welcome in our office! Please call so one of our office members can welcome you and answer any questions you might have concerning our practice. We pride ourselves on being on time for appointments and ask that our patients do the same. We will always do our best to schedule your appointments for when it will be most convenient to you. Please note that younger children will usually respond better when they are rested and fresh, earlier in the day.
We do see emergency cases usually on the same day, so call if you’re child is having pain or an infection. Of course, in cases of dangerous infections, fractures, difficulty breathing or any serious concerns, you should call 911 or go to the emergency room immediately.
When you schedule an appointment, your visit is reserved just for you. This is how we are able to see our patients on time in our private practice. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24-hour notice so that we may give that appointment to another child that needs it.
