Dr. Maryam Meschi - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Maryam Meschi is a dedicated pediatric dentist with a passion for children's oral health. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Meschi has been committed to creating positive dental experiences for young patients. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and completed specialized training in pediatric dentistry at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Meschi’s warm and friendly approach, coupled with her expertise, ensures that children feel comfortable during their visits. She believes in the importance of early dental education and works tirelessly to promote good oral hygiene habits. Dr. Meschi is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association and looks forward to welcoming your child to her caring and fun-filled dental practice.
Outside of work Dr. Meschi loves hiking, scuba diving, skiing and hanging out with her black/white pomeranian--Leo
Dr. Maggie Trinh- Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Maggie Trinh is a board-certified pediatric dentist who completed dental school training from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2006. With a caring and compassionate nature, Dr. Maggie has always enjoyed being around kids and knew very early on that she wanted to have a career that involved children. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology and a minor degree in Psychology from UC Irvine. Dr. Maggie is very active in her community. She especially loved spending her summers as a volunteer camp counselor at Camp Eagle Lake in northern California, taking care of mentally and physically disabled children. After the completion of her dental school from UCLA, Dr. Maggie completed an additional two-year dental specialty program in Pediatric Dentistry at the Lutheran Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Maggie is compassionate and gentle to her patients, her priority is to make each child feel comfortable and at ease during each appointment. She loves to talk to parents in detail about each child’s individual needs and stresses the importance of preventive care.
In her free time, Dr. Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going hiking and traveling.

A new and very effective technology we use at Little Smiles of Orange County is 3-D Imaging. This particular advancement helps us visualize everything we cannot see with our own eyes. 3-D Imaging gives us the ability to detect what is going on between your teeth, determine bone density levels, and analyze the overall health of your teeth and jaws. More importantly for an Dentist, it enables us to examine the nerves and roots of your teeth, so we can assess your situation and determine which treatment plan will work best.
DIGITAL X-RAYS
As dental technology has continued to develop over the years, the goal has really been to heighten patient comfort and to help achieve optimum results. Little Smiles of Orange County is happy to offer Digital X-Rays which is a safer and more convenient way help diagnose underlying issues. Digital X-Rays offer a variety of benefits over its traditional counterpart which include a reduction of radiation exposure by about 90 percent and less wait time. The process for Digital X-Rays is similar to traditional dental X-rays where a sensor is inserted into your mouth to capture images of your teeth but rather than waiting for the film to be developed, the image is projected onto a screen for your doctor and staff to access.
